The Arkansas Party is being formed in stages.
- Ad-Hoc Status under the First Amendment
- Voting Membership Drive ~ When the Arkansas Party has reached 26,000 voting members and has a qualifying Good Government Constituent Committee in each Arkansas County, the Arkansas Party will incorporate as a non-profit political party.
- Each county’s Arkansas Party Good Government Constituent Committees (GGCC) will fund political candidates’ fundraising.
- All candidates will run on the Arkansas Party Slate instead of building a separate website and doing the planned publicity. They will have their pages on this website.
- Voting members who want to run for a political office under the Arkansas Party Banner shall apply at their local GGCC.
- To run for City Council, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 25, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for City Mayor, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 50, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Justice of the Peace, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 75, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for County Judge, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 100, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Sheriff, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for School Board, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 100, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Sheriff, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 200, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for County Clerk, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Treasurer, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Assessor, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Coroner, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Surveyor, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Prosecuting Attorney, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 200, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Tax Collector, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 150, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- Each State House District shall have its own GGCC. To run for State Representative, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 500, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- Each State Senate District shall have its own GGCC. To run for State Representative, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 1,000, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
- To run for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, State Treasurer, Auditor of the State, or Commissioner of State Lands, the minimum number of voting members the candidate and team shall recruit is 5,000, and the candidate who recruits the most voting members by the date set by the GGCC will be confirmed as the Arkansas Party Sponsored Candidate.
